Payments
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Label Daze does not store your full debit or credit card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.

We use your information to provide and operate Label Daze, save your products and settings, manage your account and subscription, provide customer support, maintain and improve the service, and help keep Label Daze secure.
Your food and product information
Information you enter about your products, recipes and ingredients is used to provide Label Daze functionality. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy of your product information and finished labels before using them.

We take reasonable steps to protect information stored through Label Daze. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

What Label Daze provides
Label Daze is a software tool designed to help food businesses create, manage and print food labels. Features may include product storage, ingredient management, allergen assistance, automatic date calculation, label design and batch printing.
Food labelling responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into Label Daze is accurate and that every finished label complies with the food-information, allergen, date-labelling and other legal requirements that apply to your business and products.
Allergen detection and other automated features should be treated as assistance only. Always check the finished label before printing or supplying a product to a customer.
Label Daze cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information entered by users or for labels used without appropriate checking.
Free trial
New eligible accounts receive a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription may be required to continue using subscription features.
Subscriptions
Label Daze offers monthly subscription plans. Current prices and features are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing management facilities provided within Label Daze.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for subscription time already purchased, except where required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out using your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep Label Daze available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
Changes to Label Daze
We may update, improve, add or remove features as Label Daze develops. We may also update these terms or our Privacy Policy when necessary. The latest version will be made available through the Label Daze website.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Label Daze, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' information, interfere with the operation of the service, or use Label Daze for unlawful purposes.
